KAIZER THREW AT ME

T’was a few nights before Christmas, and all through the house…children and Digimon were laughing and playing cards.

Davis put down his cards. “I hate old maid, lets play something else!”

T.K. sighed, annoyed. “We can’t just stop in the middle of the game, Davis!”

Davis glared. “I didn’t ask you T.C.! I was making it a point that I hate this game and it’s downright stupid!”

Yolei looked up from his cards. “Well you don’t have to worry…”

She held up the card of “Old maid.”

Cody smiled. “Guess that settles it…”

Davis nodded. “What should we do now?”

Kari was the first to come up with a suggestion. “Why don’t we sing some Christmas Carols?”

T.K. nodded. “How bout, “Twelve days of Christmas?” That’s my favorite.

Everyone except Davis agreed to it.

Davis groaned again. “No way! I forgot the words to it!

Eleven “Oh’s” echoed through the room. It was quiet for a moment. But then the digidestined heard low singing from a certain indigo haired boy, who was none other than Ken Ichijouji, the host of the party.

On the first day of Christmas the kaizer threw at me, a spiral and a dark ring…

Everyone was pretty shocked, except Wormon. He knew that if Ken had started talking about the Digimon kaizer he would not be effected too much if others joined in.

Wormon looked up from his sushi and sang a second verse.

On the second day of Christmas the kaizer threw at me, two evil glares, and a spiral, and a dark ring…
The others soon realized what was going on when Ken looked at T.K. as if sating “Now’s your cue!”
T.K. grinned, forming up the words in his head.
On the third day of Christmas the kaizer threw at me, three black whips, two evil glares, and a spiral and a dark ring…
Patamon chirped in without hesitation.

On the fourth day of Christmas the kaizer threw at me, Andromon, three black whips, two evil glares, and a spiral, and a dark ring…

It was Kari’s turn. She thought for a moment. Number five played a very important part in the song.

On the fifth day of Christmas the kaizer threw at me, a control spire-----

She held the long note pretty well. Everyone started to join in on the singing now.

…four Andromon, three black whips, two evil glares, and a spiral and a dark ring…

Gatomon out her line in quickly.

On the sixth day of Christmas the kaizer threw at me, six angry Snimon…

…Five control spires---- Four Andromon, three black whips, two evil glares, and a spiral and a dark ring…

Yolei grinned at Wormon.

On the seventh day of Christmas the kaizer threw at me, Seven friendly Wormon…

Six angry Snimon, five control spires---- four Andromon, three black whips, two evil glares, and a spiral, and a dark ring…

Poromon cleared his throat before singing.

On the eighth day of Christmas, the kaizer threw at me, eight Kimeramon…

Ken flinched a little at the line. He did his best to play happily along with the game. He had started it after all.

…seven friendly Wormon, six angry Snimon, five control spires---- four Andromon, three black whips, two evil glares, and a spiral, and a dark ring…

Cody was next. He looked at his cards as he sang quietly.

On the ninth day of Christmas the kaizer threw at me, nine white Bakemon…

Davis laughed. “Only nine!?”

Ken sighed, then smiled a little. “He does have a point…”

The song continued until Upamon’s turn came.

On the tenth day of Christmas the kaizer threw at me, ten selfish comments…

…Nine white bakemon, eight Kimeramon, seven friendly Wormon, six angry Snimon, five control spires---- four Andromon, three black whips, two evil glares, and a spiral, and a dark ring…

Everyone stared at Davis. He thought for a moment, wanting his line to be extra special in the song. Just then, an idea came to him.

On the eleventh day of Christmas the kaizer threw at me, eleven crests of kindness…

Ken smiled.

…Ten selfish comments, nine white bakemon, eight Kimeramon, seven friendly Wormon, six angry Snimon, five control spires---- Four Andromon, three black whips, two evil glares, and a spiral, and a dark ring…

Demiveemon jumped up and down as he sang.

On the twelfth day of Christmas the kaizer threw at me, twelve new attitudes…

…eleven crests of kindness, ten selfish comments, nine white bakemon, eight Kimeramon, seven friendly Wormon, six angry Snimon, five control spires---- four Andromon, three black whips, two evil glares…

Everyone took a deep breath.

…And a spiral, and a dark ring-----
