  Digimon Adventure

  Where's the Clothes?
  Tai magically finds his clothes after leomon pushed him off the island. What are the odds that his clothes landed on his island.

  Younger Brother?
  In 01 dub, when travelling in the sewers to Factorial Town, Mimi says she even misses her younger brother, but is later shown to be an only child. 

  Definitely Mimi
  In "Princess Karaoke", Tai and Joe arrive at the huge Palace, and after Tai sees the red bleep on his Digivice, he says "That's definitely Mimi." How would he have known that, because it could have been Izzy.

  Two Digimon Names
  One Digimon has 2 names. Divermon and Scubamon are both the same aquatic Digimon, the kids just meet them on different episodes. In the first occasion the screen shows Divermon, in the second it says Scubamon.

  Half Brothers
  In Episode 3, the dubbed version they said that Yamato and Takeru were half brothers but later on in the series in the dubbed version they said that Yamato's and Takeru's parents divorced and Yamato and Takeru weren't half brothers but full brothers.

  Mimi's Singing
  In episode 6 of adventure "Togemon in Toy Town" Mimi's singing is particularly undesirable. But in episode 25 "Princess Karaoke" she's a spectacular singer. Either she got some off-screen singing lessons or something doesn't add up.

  Garurumon
  Sora shouts out "Garurumon!" when she saw her Digimon, Garudamon get turned into a keychain. Sora, did you forget that Garurumon is Matt's digimon?

  Know Name?
  In digimon adventure 1, On the way to server when Drimogamon appears, T. K. Shouts out the Digimon's name, even though he's never seen one before.

  Joe and Izzy
  In episode 29 of season one (Return to Heighton View Terrace) in the English dub, Joe says that he didn't know Izzy back when Parrotmon and Greymon fought. But in the Digimon Movie Joe is talking on the phone to Izzy.

  Baby Flame
  In the last episode of Adventure before the kids leave the Digimon "for good" Taichi and Agumon speak of the lake, which they say is the first place he used his Fire Ball attack (episode 2). But really, the attack appeared in the very first episode twice, the attack like he used to do, but it is the same. Baby Flame!

  Pets in Apartment
  In Episode 39 of Adventure, Right after they beat Venommyotismon, Angewomon de-digivolves to Salamon and Kari says, "what are we going to do, they don't allow pets in our apartment," but they have their cat, Miko.

  Wrong Attack?
  In the episode "Playing Games" in Adventure, Tentomon attacks Kiwimon with an "Electro Shocker" instead of a "Super Shocker".

  What about Gatomon?
  All the digimon became rookies. Except for Gatomon, who is a champion. Matt said: All digimon are rookies! Except for Gatomon, of course

  Four Toes?!
  In episode 14, Samurai of Sincerity, when Flamedramon stands between the kids and Digitamamon instead of having the usual 3 toes he has 4. The last one sticking out but the other foot still has 3 toes.

  Missing Digivice
  In Episode 39, Notice that when the digivices grabbed Venommyotismon, Mimi's Digivice was missing.

  Digimon Adventure 02

  Digiport and D-3?
  In the very first episode if 02 Tai uses a D-Terminal to contact the others back in the real world. The older digidestined didn't have D-Terminals so where did he get his?
  And how did Tai even get to the digital world if only the D-3's can open up the digi port?

  Rockmon
  In "Spirit Needle", a digimon by the name of Golemon was mentioned, however the computer screen that displayed his name said "Rockmon."

  Evolution
  In the first episode Davis knew the evolution without anyone explaining it to him. The original lines, where Veemon explained about the evolution to him, were cut.

  Hot Dog Stand
  [Swedish dub] In the last episode of 02 they said that Daisuke started a hot dog stand, when it showed the noodle cart. I don't know why, but they dubbed the dub.

  Yolei as Yolie
  In Digimon Zero Two, the episode Run Yolei Run. The title of the episode is spelt "Run Yolie Run" instead of Yolei and when Izzy and Cody are sliding down the mountain, Izzy says, "My D3's gone wild!" but he doesn't have a D3, he has an original digivice.

  D3 and D-Terminal
  In episode 25 when they are battling Golemon and Mimi suggests that they ask Ken for help she asks to use a D3 when in reality it is the D-terminal.

  First Time
  In Episode 20, when Ken is having a flashback about seeing the other DigiDestined kids he says, "... I've seen them before, now I remember, it was at that soccer game when I first met those Kids." This is not true he first met them when he first tried to kill them.

  Arukennimon Mixup
  In Digimon adventure 02 episode 30, Davis says "We need to find that woman" and then later says "its Arukennimon" but they don't find out shes a Digimon until the end of the episode!

  Digimon Tamers

  Eating too Slow?
  In episode 43, Guilmon is given his Guilmonbread, however a fasteating machine as him has not been seen having eaten it, but keeps on munching on it all the time when Yamaki talks with the Tamers. Either that bread had turned into stone, or the animaters didn't think that someone with a mouth so big would eat something like that in five seconds.

  Two Calumon
  In episode 12 of Tamers, Rika runs off and Calumon follows and at the same time Henry is talking to Renamon while Terriermon is playing with Calumon.

  Wrong Colours
  One of the digivolution scenes in episode 44 is incorrect. It shows Takato with a red D-power, yet his red one was destroyed back in episode 34. He should have a gold one.

  Wristband Missing
  In the last episode "Such Sweet Sorrow", Rika and Henry are wearing their wristbands. However, when they're saying goodbye to their Digimon, their wristbands are missing. After the gate closes, the wristbands reappear.

  Digimon Frontier

  How Neemon Know?
  When Bokomon promised Kouichi that he'd keep a secret about what Crusadermon said about him being a spirit only, those two were alone. Neemon was with the group and he did not hear it. Later, when he spill the beans, Neemon said "You promised you wouldn't tell Kouichi". How did Neemon know? Unless Bokomon first broke his promise and told Neemon.

  Fractal Code
  Crusadermon said that Kouichi had no physical form so he has no fractal code. But when Lucemon attacked him, Kouichi ended up getting his fractal code scanned. How could this be possible when Crusadermon just recently stated that he has NO fractal code?

  Kouichi's Name
  When Takuya was convincing Kouji to fight Velgemon, he shouted to Koji "Kouichi needs you.", how did he knew Kouichi's name even though he was never told?

  No Memory
  When BurningGreymon is holding Tommy in "Fear and Loathing in Los Arboles", Tommy recalls a similar event that happened with him, but according to that episode (where Kumamon attacks) Tommy has no memory of that event. So Tommy says "remember when that happened?" even though he doesn't remember.

  Spirit of Light
  In the episode whan they are trying to free Ophanimon Cherubimon says Zephermons' spirit of light and she is the spirit of wind.

  Zipper
  Ine Ep. 15, Zoe has a zipper on the side of her skirt, yet this is the only time it is ever seen.

  Human Spirit
  In Ep. 11, Koji goes to beast spirit evolve, but the picture on his D-Tector shows his human spirit instead.

  Kouichi's D-Tector?
  In Ep. 50, there is only the five kids left when they hold their D-Tectors up, but Kouichi's D-Tector is somehow there as well.

  Dark Gate
  In Ep. 34, JP makes reference to season 2 when he says , "Um, Does this remind anyone of the Dark Gate or is it just me?"

  Phantomon's Capture
  Also in episode 34, Kumamon and Agunimon are captured by the same Phantomon, yet when they show which kid is which sphere, they are in different ones.

  Eggs Hatch
  In episode 47, Lopmon's and Salamon's eggs hatch. It shows Nyaromon evolving to Lopmon and Chocomon evolving to Salamon, but it should be the other way round (Nyaromon->Salamon, Chocomon->Lopmon).

  Kazemon's Attacks
  In episode 49 when Kazemon, Kumamon, and Beetlemon were attacking Lucemon, Kazemon said Hurricane Gale. But in the falshback she said hurrican wave, which is her attack as a human spirit. Hurricane Gale is her beast spirits attack.

  The strange coffin
  In episode 28 where shadowseraphimon goes to kill Takuya, the coffin is behind him before he even showed it to Takuya. Then it disappears in the nest scene, then he shows it to Takuya, and it's there again!

  Koji's Hair Length
  The hair that usually falls in front of Koji's face is usually down to a little above his jawline. In the latter episodes (around 30-40), they fall below his jaw (and once, just half an inch below his ears) Also noted is that his ponytail is at times too short or long during these episodes.

  The Goggles Grew?
  Darkness Before the Dawn, when Takuya falls his goggles shatter, later in the episode his goggles are whole again.

  Switched Voices
  in the episode "To Make the World Go Away" when Takuya and Koji, use the Unified Spirit Evolution, EmperorGreymon's voice says MagnaGarurumon, and vice versa. Then they have their normal voices. I don't know if this was done on purpose, but it just seemed weird anyway.

  Digimon Movies

  Revenge of Diaboromon
  When Paildramon digivolves to imperialdramon for the first time instead of saying "Imperialdramon" he say "imperialdramon fighter mode" when he's just imperialdramon.

  Diaboromon Strikes Back
  In the first half part of the Digimon Adventure 02 movie, when Veemon Armor Digivolves into Raidramon, when you see the crest of friendship spinning round briefly - If you freeze-frame it, you can see the background mistakenly shows the name "Armadimon" aka Armadillomon when that is not one of his Armor Digi-Egg symbols.

  When TK and kari came 2 help the others fight virus Cherubimon they not only digivolved gatomon 2 ultimate but both she and patamon became mega, which was impossible bacause at the time of the movie the digidestined didn't have the power 2 digivolve past champion, you can tell because Ken wasn't there and the other digidestined used armor digivolutions rather than DNA.
  

  Island of Lost Digimon
  The movie took place between episodes 12-13. This is because Burninggreymon and Kendogarurumon appeared- and also because JP never used his Beast Spirit, nor did Zoe and Tommy. If this was true- Zoe wouldn't have Kazemon's spirit back yet, but she still spirit evolved into Kazemon in the movie.
