his personality,the way he overcomes obsticals.

It's not really weird. He was designed to be more realistic than typical characters in his position in other animes. For example the fact that he is the least hot headed of all the goggle heads. You can find any character in any piece of fiction to be inspirational.

It's not weird at all! I got lots of characters I consider inspirations for life and they come from all types of shows

and I can totally understand what you mean by Takato, he's a great role model and is one of my fav characters

I should acutaly make a section on the site for 'whichi character inspires you and how' :woot:
