Elements of a True Person
By Lucas/Expointcalibur

I'm not going to let you take me down with you.
That takes Courage .
I'm not gonna turn my back on other people for you.
That takes Friendship.
I'm not going to let people down
that takes Reliability.
I'm going to care about peoples feelings.
That takes Sincerity.
I'm going to care for others.
That takes Love.
I'm not going to lose faith on others.
That takes Hope.
I'm going to shine to the brightest.
That takes Light.
I'm not going to be the one that makes the wrong decisions.
That takes Knowledge.
I'm not going to lose to the likes of you.
That takes Miracles.
I'm not going to rely on what you say of my future.
That takes Destiny.
I'm not forgetting others and not leaving them behind.
That takes Kindness.
I will have to betray the one that betray me.
That takes Darkness.
These are everything we need for great people its called balance.

Sacrifice
By Mallow

A battle occurred
when the girl and her angel
were both alone
without a care
until the enemy
was about to attack
the fragile girl

The angel didn't want
her to get hurt
by the evil digimon's
powerful attack.
The angel decided
to attack
and used his staff
to shield the blow
which hit the enemy
right on the shoulder

Without hesitation
the enemy striked back
this time
using his most
powerful attack
against the girl
the angel protected

As the angel
made sure
the girl was okay
he saw the enemy's attack
that was about to hit her.

With all his might
he grabbed the girl
but it was too late;
the enemy's attack
hit the angel
who yelled in pain
and fell down to the ground
with fallen feathers

As he slowly deleted
the angel uttured
his final words
to the girl
"The reason why
I had to sacrifice myself was
I didn't want you to be deleted
in the Digital World
Promise me...that you won't
lose your hope
or I won't be resurrected.
I....love..you,
my maiden."

He closed his eyes
under the helmet
and his data
in the form of feathers
converted to a
digi-egg

Tears streamed
down the girl's face
as she looked
at the egg.
She will never forget
the sacrifice
the angel did for her.

Tamer Poems
By Casi (a.k.a. henryfan17)

Takato

A boy full of dreams
Creative mind and caring soul
Whose own hands
Provides the means for creation

Best friend in a flash
Digital or not, still he is living
Breathing
Funny
Brave and Uplifting

Friendship is the key
Join together in harmony
Sword and shield in hand
Protect the worlds and all their friends

Who knew such a weird pair
A fun loving Gogglehead
A pastry loving pet
Such a strong bond
In the end an unstoppable light
Taking out the darkness

Rika

Ice in her veins
An unstoppable force
No one could faze her
The queen of the cards
Ruthless
Arrogant
Sporty

Unbeatable Force
When destiny takes its course
Victory will never rest
Digimon fox looks for the best

Digimon data
Never will be friends
When partners save each other
That empty thought will end

Beauty and grace
Flowers all in bloom
A glorious warrior arrives in stride
Full of love, no more pride

Henry

A boy questioning
A thought of living digimon
Maybe it's all a dream
Reality is uncertain

Friend comes alive
Regret
Tears
Fear of fighting
Together a peace to protect

Big brother responsibilities
Little sister pain
Yelling doesn't help
Understanding wins in the end

Teamwork is the key
Fighting isn't easy
But maybe necessary

Not alone anymore
Friends by his side
Together a boy and rabbit
Missles of justice
End of sorrow, beginning of bravery

Darkness
By Nicole

He stays in the room,
He thinks
About the darkness that's inside.

He belived he did
What he had to do.
They made him belive.

He thinks about the loneliness.

How could he ever,
Stand against his twin?

He sits down.
He closes eys,
And he remembers.
When it all began,
He was angry,
He was sad,
He was loneley.
The darkness came along.
The sahadows were surrounding.
No one heard his cry for help.
No one ever came.

He openes eyes,
He looks outside the window,
At the heavy drops of rain.
A knock on the door.
He openes up.
And he sees,
The one he thought he hated.
Light comes out the window,
Darkness fades away.
No... it never goes away.

But it is not that evil.
Now, he realizes
That it never was...
And that it doesn't have to be...
Evil.

Matyr
by AngelWizarmon

Beautiful Matyr
Elmerald green eyes
Why was it you
who had to face demise
Those many bats,
Slicing your skin
You were an angel
Always within
Beautiful Matyr
Eyes of blue
Why did that happen
To a heart so true
You were so sure
The digidestant would last
that you let them take your life...
to let them go fast
Beautiful Maytrs

The Wizard's Jewels
by AngelWizarmon

The Wizard sat, his eyes of emerald
along with his cat
with a heart of gold
Then there was bats
eyes of opal
Then their was the Vamp, heart of coal
He took the Wizard's cat
It's eyes of saphirre
threw him in the lake with bats
the lake of quartz
he was saved by the chosen
thier eyes a turquoise hue
he gave his life for his cat
his heart of dimonds pure and true
Now the cat
with her heart of gold and eyes of Saffire
Sits alone where
She and her lover used to conspire

Silence
by Kori'mh

She (Renamon) believes profoundly in silence -
the sign of a perfect equilibrium.
Silence is the absolute poise or balance of body, mind and spirit.
The Digimon who preserves her selfhood ever calm and unshaken by the storms of existence -
not a leaf, as it were, astir on the tree;
not a ripple upon the surface of the shining pool -
her, in the mind of the unlettered sage, is the ideal attitude and conduct of life....
If you ask: "What are the fruits of silence?"
she will say:
"They are self-control, true courage or endurance, patience, dignity, and reverence.
Silence is the cornerstone of character."
