-Adventure is NOT called Adventure 01. It's not called 02 because of the season, it's called 02 because it's the year. Adventure takes place in 1999, 02 takes place three years later, and...aha.
-Toei Animation has confirmed that the people from the Tamers universe did NOT watch Adventure/02, but a variant of their own Digimon. (Otherwise the term "tamers" wouldn't exist.) Takato muttering "Digi-Armor...Energize..." in his sleep was a dialogue error.)
-The most important part: In Adventure, just because the train station is called HikariGaoka doesn't mean it's a clue. The word "hikari" means "light" in Japanese, and is used WAY too much in Japanese culture. (It is also commonly used in names as a variant of "Hikaru", which means the EXACT SAME THING and even has the same kanji.) HikariGaoka was actually the Japanese name of Highton View Terrace and roughly translates as "Light Building" or something along those lines.
-Interestingly, Hikari has the hikari no monsho, or the Crest of Light. Get it?
-In the digimon movie when Wills is crying in the end his eyes change for blue to light green back to blue.
-In the 1st seaon episode 34 Gatomon's whisters are missing.
-In 02, episode 38, "A Very Digi Christmas" Just before Mrs. Ichijouji comes in with the phone for Kari, Davis tries to suggest they play strip poker next.
-Tai, Kari, Ken and Yolei have all been slapped at one stage. Tai being slapped by Matt, Kari slapped by Yolei and vice versa, and Ken being slapped by Yolei and Davis. (Poor Ken)
-Ryo was the one with Ken in Digimon Zero Two when you saw little Ken in the flashback of the episode "Genesis of Evil". Ryo and Ken Defeated Milleniummon in the Wonderswan games.
-There are more than one english dub of Digimon. There is a version from Singapore, and another is in Fillippines.
-You may have seen when the Digidestined in Adventure were searching for the 8th Child, and a subway sign said "HikariGaoka Sta". Could that be a secret hint?
-Kaze in Japanese means "Wind", where Kazemon got her name.
-Tane means "Seed", also where Tanemon gets the name.
-Strangely, some characters never talked to each other in the series.
Cody has never spoken to: Mimi, Tai, and Sora.
Yolei has never spoken to Tai.
-When June's grandparents picked her up from the camp, they were wearing the same clothes as TK and Kari.
-Note that in Zero Two, we all saw the Digidestined with kids, but they never showed who Davis, Cody, Joe, Izzy, T.K and Tai's wife was, also Mimi's husband.
-Ryo in Tamers is the voice of Kouji in Frontier.
-Tai's voice is different in the second Movie.
-Matts name is really Yamato.
-In the Digimon Frontier movie, "Island of the Lost Digimon", Takuya's voice instead of voiced by Michael Reisz, it is voiced by Dave Wittenberg, who was the voice of Henry from Tamers.
-Loweemon, Kaiserloweemon, Wolfmon, and Garmmon all have attacks that are in german, plus their names are german.
-Kouji has a guitar in his bedroom ( Shows tribute to Yamato, the first lone wolf in digimon)
-Kuma means bear in japanese, which is where kumamon came from.
-Kazemon's original japanese name is fairymon, which makes sence because kazemon IS a fairy.
-Lobomon's original japanese name is wolfmon, which also makes sence because lobomon IS a wolf.
-Biyomon's name is actually piyomon in japanese, and piyo is referred as to the sound a bird would make in japan.
-Patamon's name came from the word pata. pata pata is refered as to the sound a bird or a creature that can flap it's wings when it flaps its wings.
-Neemon's name actually sounds like neigh, which is a word most often used by a little kid to signal they want to ask something.
-Did you know that tsunomon can digivolve into gaomon?
-All the leaders in all seasons have something to do with fire.
-Davis (02) and Joe (01) have the same shoes.
-Did you know Impmon was supposed to be the main character in season 3? The reason why Guilmon finally became the main Digimon was because the director wanted an innocent Digimon to be the main character. Apparently, he thought Guilmon would do a better job.
-In the Japanese theme opening, Impmon appears in many unlikely places.
1) When Guilmon is...er...jumping up from the crowd of people, you can see Impmon hidden in the crowd.
2) When Terriermon is sitting on the lamp post thing, Impmon is seen inside one of the passing cars making a face at Terriermon, I think.
3) When they show Calumon sitting in the field and zoom out, Impmon is shown standing beside Calumon.
