A
Agumon: The partner of Tai in season one, another Agumon was also the partner of Masaru in the fifth season. Agumon is an orange, dinosaur looking Digimon that has attacks such as pepper breath.
Agunimon: Takuya's spirit evolution form, a Digimon that has fire attacks and evolves from the Siprit of Flame.
Armor Digivolve: The process of Digivolution that somewhat replaces the champion or ultimate stage, where an armor digiegg is used, enabling the Digimon to digivolve.
Apocalymon: An evil Digimon which appeared at the end of season one, which created the dark masters. He destroyed the chosen children's tags and crests.
B
Beetlemon: Beetlemon is JP's spirit evolution form, Beetlemon evolved from the Spirit of Thunder, which he used attacks related to thunder.
Biomerge: A form of Digivolution where the Digimon and their tamer (partner) digivolve and become one. They become the mega level.
Biyomon: A pink, bird Digimon which appears in the first season ans Sora's Digimon Partner. Biyomon is sweet, loyal and caring, and helped Sora understand love. Biyomon is generally very chipper. Other Biyomon has appeared in later seasons.
Black Gear: A gear used by Devimon to turn good Digimon into heartless, fighting machines.
Blue Card: This card helps the Digimon in Tamers to digivolve to their ultimate stage. The blue card must be slashed through the Digivice for it to work.
Bokomon: A wise, yet witty Digimon in Frontier that helped the digidestined. He was also known to have a book which has a huge amount of knowledge. Bokomon can be irritated with Neemon and snap his pants a lot.
BurningGreymon: Takuya's beast spirit found in episode 12. Originally it was owned by Shamanmon who went wild with it. Luckily Agunimon was able to deffeat him and gain his beast spirit. This caused him to go wild leaving the others battered. Once he came back to the group (thanks to Tommy/Tomoki) he was afraid to use it again. Then with a little help from the others, he beast spirit evolved and deffeated Gigasmon and regained Tommy's spirit.

Calmaramon: Thinking she's a beauty while being the wicked witch (or wicked calamari rather), she appeared in episode 15 when Ranamon found her beast spirit hidden in a ship. Everyone was scared to death of her 'beauty' which made her REALLY annoyed. Zoe was left to fight alone. The only reason Calmaramon lost was because she wasn't able to control it. But this upperhand couldn't last forever. Calmaramon finally gained control in episode 23. In episode 26 she came to her end when Zephyrmon beat the snot out of her. Calumon: Calumon is a very special Digimon that is known as 'the catalyst'. Calumon holds the power of digivolution, and enabled all the Digimon to digivolve to the next stage. Calumon is acutall not a Digimon. Calumon loves playing and eating (especially creampuffs).
Champion: The fourth stage of a Digimon's digivolution, at this stage, the Digimon can have some powerful attacks.
Control Spire: They were tall and black, built by the Digimon Emperor that stopped Digimon from digivolving, which was later used by Arukenimon to turn control spires to evil Digimon.
Crests: Symbolises a quality such as friendship or love, which the Digidestined were given to allow their Digimon to digivolve to ultimate.
D
D-3 Digivice: The Digivice used in Zero two, however, the D-3 allowed the Digidestined to open the portal of the Digital world.
D-Power Digivice: The digivice used in Tamers, which enables cards to be slashed, it also displays varous Digimon's information.
D-Reaper: This is a simple computer program that was made to delete anything unessessary, however, once the D-Reaper began deleting Digimon or parts of the digital world, it became more powerful, perhaps 'mutated', that soon could destroy both the Digital World, and real world.
D-Tector: The Digivice used in Frontier, which allowed the digidestined to spirit evolve, as well as collect their spirits, and communicate with each other.
D-Terminal: Used in the second season, this is what the Digidestined used to communicate with each other by emailing, as well as storing their Digieggs.
Dark Digivolution: Forcibly digivolving a digimon which causes a mutation like weird digivolution.
Dark Ring: The ring which was used by the Digimon Emperor, that worked similar to the Black Gear, was used to control Digimon.
Dark Marsters: Four mega Digimon that was to destroy and take control of the Digital world, which were created by Apocalymon.
Dark Ocean: A parallel dimention, which is seen as a world of ocean, which is dark. The dark ocean was not explained, however, it has the power to turn people's dark thoughts to life. It was a place where both Kari and Ken felt trapped in.
Dark Spiral: A device similar to dark ring but with 3 times the power. It was created for the digimon emperor to force digimon to digivolve using his dark digivice;dark-digivolution. This was used in Ken/Digimon Emperor's plots. It was first used on MetalGreymon, but was soon destroyed when Davis called upon the digi-egg/metal of Friendship.
Dark Spore: The Dark spore is a tiny seed that can be planted inside a person, which could turn them smarter, yet more evil.
DATS: Stands for Digital Accident Tactics Squad, in the fifth season, their purpose is to protect and guard the real world from the Digital world and it's beings within it.
De-Digivolve: When a Digimon at a higher level, digivolves back to a lower level. For example, ultimate to rookie. Usually, a Digimon could do that because they have finished a fight, or perhaps they are injuired or used up their energy.
Devas: In Digimon Tamers, the Soverigns created 12 devas to stop the Tamers, as the soverigns viewed humans to be a threat to their world.
Devimon: The first evil villan showed in the first season, Devimon used black gears to control the Digimon. Devimon was destroyed along with Angemon when Patamon digivolved for the first time, using up all the powers to destroy Devimon.
Digiarmor Energise: A phrase which was said each time by the Digidestined when their Digimon was Armour Digivolving.
Digidestined: The chosen child, in the first two seasons partnered up with a Digimon which they are usually given a crest and
digivice so they could protect the Digital world from evil forces.
Digiegg: An egg which when hatched, becomes a Digimon.
Digimodify: When a card is slashed through the Digivice, and this gives the Digimon an added feature which helps them become more powerful.
Digimon: A creature that has abilities to talk, and can digivolve to many stages.
Digimon Emperor: Appeared at the second season when Ken was evil. He used control spires and the dark rings to control Digimon and make them work.
Digimon Frontier History: A thousand years ago the Digimon Lucemon brought peace to the Digital World, but unfortunately Lucemon became corrupted by his own power. Only the Legendary Warriors and Legendary Protectors could stop Lucemon, but when the Digital World needed both Warriors and Protectors the most something happened. Lucemon put a spell on the Protectors to make them fall asleep for a thousand years. In a last attempt to help their world, the original seven Legendary Protectors gave all their powers to the Warriors: AncientGreymon, AncientGarurumon, AncientMegatheriumon, AncientKazemon, AncientBeetlemon, AncientMeraimon, AncientSphinxmon, AncientTroiamon, AncientVolcamon, and AncientWisemon. With all they could do is watch the Protectors slowly fall asleep, the Warriors thanked all of the Protectors by making them also Warriors, and then they sent them to their Realms. Little did the Warriors know, they forgot about one Protector, and that Protector has not forgotten about it...
Digignome: A creature in the Digital world, which is not a digimon, however, they fly around, which can be known as beings that make people's wishes come true.
Digi Port: The portal which humans and Digimon could enter to reach from the real world to the Digital world.
DigiSoul: In Savers, A force of energy which the Tamer collect that would allow their Digimon to Digivolve.
Digital Dive: This is what DATS in Savers used that could send Digieggs to the Digital World. It can also be used for sending people to the Digital world.
Digital World: The world where Digimon lives, usually only the chosen children can get there by their Digivices opening the portal. Usually, the Digital world is under some threat, therefore the children are chosen to protect it.
Digivice: A device which is usually carried by the Digidestined, which allows communication, location, digimon information and helps the Digimon to Digivolve.
Digivolution: The process of when a digimon digivolves.
Digivolve: Where a Digimon, with the help of the Digidestined, turn to their next stage, more powerful than the last.
DNA Divivolve: The process where two Digimon at their champion forms digivolve together to become one, their ultimate form.
Duskmon: Duskmon is Kouichi's evil evolution form, from the Spirit of Darkness. He tried to kill the Digidestined and was very powerful compared to the others.

Etemon: Etemon was an evil Digimon that appeared in the first season, using his attacks, such as the dark network, Etemon looked like a singing monkey.
F
File Island: The island in the Digital World where the Digidestined first went to, also the place where they first receieved their digivices.
Flamon: He is known as the rookie stage of Agunimon, Flamon only appeared in one episode in Frontier, where Takuya went back to the real world, only to see himself as a creature he did not recognise.
Forest Terminal: One of the main places in Digimon Frontier. It's a large area that contains several things like the Trailmon Terminal, Seraphimon's Castle, a giant tree-like step area, and a not so famous restaurant. When the kids freed Seraphimon, they were told more clues about the past of the Digital World. Then Mercurymon showed up with all the other evil spirits and destroyed Seraphimon leaving the kids to run to the secret stow away Trailmon.

Fractal Code: The general makeup of a anything in solid form. It only appeared in Frontier which made up most of the storyline/plot. The children were sent out to restore it back to its original form because Kerpmon was taking it. Keprymon/Cherubimon sent out his minions to take it from the Digital World to revive Lucemon. (He didn't know he was being used) When he was deffeated, the Royal Knights took over the job taking all of the Digital World's fractal code. Everyone was surprised to find out that the humans and their world had fractal code as well.
Fresh: The first stage of a Digimon's digivolution, at this stage, the Digimon has just hatched from its digiegg, it has only one attack, and can be in danger if evil Digimon attacks.
Gabumon: A wolf Digimon that is partnered with Matt from the first and second season, Gabumon tries very hard to be there for Matt.

Gatomon: Gatomon is a Digimon looking like a cat, that is partnered with Kari from the first and second season of Digimon. Gatomon, unlike the others, was separated. She ultimately began working for Myotismon, and forgot who she was, until her loyal friend Wizardmon reminded her. Gatomon had a darker past, but she loves Kari and would do anything for her.
Gigasmon: The first beast spirit to ever be seen. He resembles somewhat of a rhino with a VERY strange nose. He immediatly creamed the kids in their first battle on the mountain. Afterwards he went crazy trying to get their spirits. He deffeated them every time until episode 12 when BurningGreymon took his spirit. Before this he had stolen Tommy and Zoe's human spirits. His personality seems to be that to taunt his opponents while fighting causing him to slack off a bit. This moght be why he lost his fractal code against Takuya.
Attacks- Tectonic Slam, Quagmire Twister
Gotsumon: Gotsumon is a digimon that looks like rocks, he appeared in the first season, which was killed by Myotismon. Another Gotsumon also appeared in Frontier, which was extremely determined and became friends with Koji.
Gennai: A being that helped the Digidestined on their quest of saving the Digital world. He is not a human or Digimon. First appeared in the first season helping out the children, later discovered that he was the one who survived the Dark Master's attack when his group created the tags, crests, being the survivor, he rescued the Digieggs from the Dark Masters.
Gomamon: A white coloured digimon partnered with Joe from the first and second season that looks much like a seal, Gomamon is playful and of course, he loves the water. Gomamon has a group of fish friends in the water.
Grani: Created by humans, it is an arc which helped to bring the Tamers home from the Digital World. Made from the original DIgimon core coding, Grani was very much like a real Digimon. Later, it helped the Tamers defeat the D-reaper.
Guilmon: A fun loving, loyal Digimon that is partnered with Takato in the third season. Guilmon looks like a red dinosaur, and he is extremely goofy, he loves to play and eat, especially peanut butter and bread, Guilmon is a Digimon that would always do anything to make his tamer happy.
H
Henry Wong: One of the three main tamers in Digimon Tamers. His usual saying is 'Momentie' (no worries). He had always been into digimon. This was how he first met his partner Terriermon. When his dad brought home the new Digimon game for him he selected Terriermon to fight. Terriermon went berserk when Henry overloaded him with cards. This upset Henry quite a bit causing him to want to help Terriermon. He found a blue card, swiped it, and created his digivice. He started to cry about Terriermon when suddenly Terriermon appeared in his arms.
Henry and Terriermon soon became as thick as theives traveling around together. In their final adventures they biomerged and headed into the d-reaper. (with the help of the red card). They traveled down into the depths of the d-reaper and started to spin as fast as possible. This caused the d-reaper to return to where it came from.
When the time came at the end, Terriermon headed back to the Digital World with a last glimpse of a very sad Henry.
Highton View Terrace: The place where the first Digidestined saw the Digimon fighting, later, it became the portal in which opened for the original Digidestined.
Hiroshi Yushima: At first Hiroshi seemed to be a clueless character that was just there. The only thing in the beginning worth mentioning was giving Masaru his digivice. Then in episode 18 he called up his digisoul and his partner Kamemon. Hiroshi from then on popped up every now and then for useful information, or just to be there frying his fish. The group soon discovered in a flashback that Hiroshi had been part of the original Digital World exploration team with Masaru's dad. He called upon his digisoul for one of the last times in episode 42 so that Kamemon could take on the Knightmon. At the end of Savers he was seen doing his normal duty, fishing.
Hypnos: A government Agency in season three, head of them is Yamaki, which monitored all activities that happened related to the Digimon. Later, wanting to wipe away or delete these forces by various programs.

In-training: The second stage of a Digimon's digivolution, where the Digimon has few very attacks.
J
Juggernaut: A program in Tamers which which ripped open the portal from the Digital World to the Real world, which is able to bring a Digimon back to their world. This program was created by Yamaki.
K
Kazemon: Zoe's spirit evolution Digimon from the Siprit of Wind. Kazemon is a fairy-type Digimon that has wind attacks.
Kendogarurumon: The beast spirit of light belonging to Koji Minamoto (first found in epidoe 10). This was the first beast spirit found by our human friends and the first to also put up a great fight against Gigasmon. Kendogarurumon was found when three jewels were placed into three different statues which in turn cracked the land up revealing its hiding area. Kendogarurumon looks like a wolf with wheels that can protrude from his ankles apllying great speed.
Attacks- Howling Star, Lupine Laser
Kumamon: Kumamon is Tommy's spirit evolution Digimon that is evolved from the Spirit of Ice. Kumamon looks like a bear, and has attacks related with ice.
Leomon: Leomon appeared in the first season, who helped the Digidestined get away from Devimon. Leomon later sacrified himself to save the chosen children. In Tamers, Leomon was Jeri's partner, who appeared half way in the season. He also died trying to protect everyone from Beelzamon.

Lobomon: Koji's spirit evolution form from the Siprit of Light.
Lopmon: Lopmon is the rookie form of Antylamon, she/he (dubbing issues XD), is the "twin" of Terriermon, and is Suzie's digimon in Season 3. Kokomon was Willis' digimon in Season 2 (can't remember name, from movie), in which Kokomon was infected with a virus, and became antylamon, which attacked the digidestined.
Lowermon: Lowermon is Kouichi's good spirit evolution form, from the Spirit of Darkness. He looks very much like a lion of darkness. He has attacks such as shadow meteor, which is much related to Darkness.
M
Magnadramon: Magnadramon is the mega form of Gatomon. She only appeared in the first Digimon Movie.
MaloMyotismon: The evil Digimon that was originally Myotismon that came back in the second season attempting to plunge both worlds into darkness. MaloMyotismon attempted to achieve this by possessing Oikawa, a human that lost his best friend and was in a state of depression.
Mega: The sixth, and last stage of a Digimon's digivolution, at this stage, the Digimon is extremely powerful and can defeat just about anything.
Momentai: A phrase which Terriermon used very often in Tamers, which meant "don't worry".
Myotismon: A very evil Digimon which held Gatomon as his slave, as well as Demidevimon. Myotismon wanted to rule the Digital world in his darkness. He later got destroyed, but came back as VenomMyotismon, then MaloMyotismon.

Neemon: A Digimon that is mostly very silly and clueless. He follows Bokomon with the Frontier group and is mostly the comedy relief character.

Odaiba: The place in Japan which were most of the Digidestined lived.
Oikawa: He is a human that was best friends with Cody's father, when his best friend died, he became very sad and alone, which made him vulnerable to Myotismon's possession.
P
Palmon: A green, plant Digimon which has a few flower stems on her head. Palmon is the partner of Mimi in the first and second series. Palmon is loyal, love to do anything to make her partner happy, and she does not like saying goodbyes.
Patamon: Patamon is a small, orange flying Digimon partnered with TK from the first and second season of Digimon. Patamon is very fun loving, he is extremely loyal and he was the one that took the longest to Digivolve to champion and ultimate in the first season.
Primary Village: The place in the Digital world where all Digimon that died comes back as a Digiegg and are reborn and start their life again.

Red Card: In season three, this was created by Shibumi, it used an algorithm which allowed the Tamers to fight inside the D-reaper in their mega forms, which is when they are biomerged.
Renamon: The fox Digimon that is partnered with Rika in the third season of Digimon. Renamon started off being a fighting machine, that wanted the best tamer. Rika, at the same time wanted the same thing, however, Renamon later become very compassionate for all living creatures.
Rose Morning Star: The location where the Frontier group was told to go, where Cherubimon held Ophanimon captive.
Rookie: The third stage of a Digimon's digivolution. When the Digimon are with their partners, they usually stay at this stage.

Seraphimon: Seraphymon is the mega form of Patamon. He appeared in the first movie and also was seen in Digimon Frontier as one of the Celestial Digimon.
Shibuya Station: Shibuya station was where the Frontier chosen were returned, also where Takuya got on the train that took him to the Digital World.
Soverigns: A mega-level Digimon that protects one part of the Digital World.
Spirit Evolve: The process where the chosen children use their spirit, eg: lightning, to become a Digimon.
Shining Digivolution: A power which Calumon released that helped all Digimon to become their next level, forming together to take on the D-Reaper.

Tags: The holder of the crests.
Tamer: Almost another word that means Digidestined, they are someone who has a Digimon partner.
Tentomon: Tentomon is Izzy's partner in the first and second season. He looks like a large beetle, and he is has quite the zany sense of humour.
Terriermon: A bunny looking Digimon with huge ears, that is partnered with Henry, in the third season of Digimon. Terriermon's favourite phrase is Momentai, he is quite the funny Digimon and often has friendly debates with Henry. Terriermon was also Willis' digimon.
Trailmon: A digimon that looks like a train, which takes the Digidestined in Frontier around the Digital world, as well as to the real world. At first, the Digidestined went to the digital world riding on a Trailmon.

Ultimate: The fifth stage of a Digimon's digivolution, at this stage, the Digimon is quite powerful and is a great fighting machine.
V
Vaccine: A type of Digimon that usually fights the evil digimon.
Virus: This type of Digimon usually wants to fight and sometimes are evil and wants to take over.
W
Warp Digivolve: When a Digimon digivolves from their rookie form straight to mega.
Wild One: A term which used by members of Hypnos, which they call when a Digimon appeared.
Wizardmon: Wizardmon is a Digimon which looks much like a wizard. He met Gatomon in the first season and became her friend. He helped Gatomon remember her past, as well as took Myotismon's attack and sacrificed himself to save Gatomon and Kari.

Yoshino Fujieda: This 18 year old was the second DATS main memeber to be introduced. She seems to be one to think things through. When something bad happens she always holds her heads and says ' This is the worst.' At first she was afraid she wasn't any use to the team. She felt this way ever since she was younger and her sisters seemed to be better than her. Her partner Lalamon/Raramon helped her overcome this when she evolved into Lilamon. After deffeating Yggdrasil, Yoshino became a member of a police squad with her former comrads Miki, Megumi, and Commander Satsuma.
Z
Zephyrmon: Zoe's beast spirit that was discovered in episode 16. When Calmaramon attacked the group it was up to Zoe to fight. Calmaramon knocked her down into a whirlpool where she found her beast spirit in a clam. She flew out of the water and sent Calmaramon back to the fish bed! Her first actual deffeat was later in episode 26 where she finally deffeated Calmaramon-with Zoe adding a REMARKABLE, 'See ya, sugar'. Another significance of hers was in episode 34 when everyone had their spirit stolen but her. Attacks- Hurricane Gale, Positron Pods
