Name: J.P. (Junpei) Shibayama

Description: JP didn't quite want to be in the Digital World at first, because he thought it was dangerous and after seeing Takuya spirit evolve, he thought it was too much work. He took Tommy with him to try and find a way back, but that didn't go the way he planned, especially when the Trailmon took off after eating his chocolate. He later decided to come back because he didn't think his life was interesting back in the real world. At the start, he didn't treat Tommy very well, because he didn't believe a little kid like him could do anything, but he learned a lot later. JP has a love for food and would go anywhere if there are some. He also doesn't know the meaning of friendship at the start. He thought it was about magic tricks and giving chocolates, but he realises that was too shallow, and that friendship was about caring. JP has a huge crush on Zoe and often would get jokingly beaten up by her.

Name: Takuya Kanbara|

Age: 11
Nickname: Taki

Description: Takuya is the natural leader and he know he's good at it. At the start, Takuya didn't care much of the Digital World, he had little idea how dangerous everything can be, and doesn't realise why he's there. Koji is determined for him to answer why he is there. Takuya doesn't really know, but after fighting with Duskmon, everyone else disappeared and he was taken back to the real world by Dark Trailmon. Takuya starts to think that if he never came to the Digital World, he wouldn't have a chance to hurt his friends. He realises later that he couldn't pretend it all didn't happen and his friends need him. That changes Takuya as he now realises his true purose for being in the Digital World. Dark Trailmon takes him back and since then, Takuya matured a lot and is responsible as well. Takuya was a very good leader in the end, he kept everybody going and he had a lot of faith in himself and his friends. Without him, some of them would've given up already.

Name: Zoe (Izumi) Orimoto

Age: 11
Nickname: Ze
Description: Zoe is a person who wouldn't do what everybody else does to try and fit in. She lived in Italy before her family moved to Japan, and nobody at school really liked her because she was different. Zoe is very open and won't hide her feelings. She learned from being with others how to be a better person and to be nicer. Zoe realises what she has done in the past, which was she didn't treat people very well. She starts to be a lot nicer. JP has a major crush on her, which she sometimes like to make fun of, they have had a few serious conversations. Zoe is a very responsible person, she wants to do the right thing and protect her friends.

Name: Koichi Kimura

Age: 11
Description: Kouichi had been looking for his twin brother, who he had just known. After missing the elevator Koji was in by almost a second, he runs down the stairs and accidentally falls. His spirit then was taken to a strange world, where he thought he had died. He felt angry and betrayed, which caught the attention of Cherubimon. He gave Kouichi the spirit of Darkness, which could only work if the peson had a very dark heart. After the spirit of Darkness was taken away from him, Kouichi felt very bad for what he did. It took him a while to forgive himself and to feel a part of the group, but everybody was very accepting of him and did not hate him, which almost drove him crazy. Kouichi is very caring, towards the others and especially Koji. He was a bit shy at first, but soon got over that. When Kouichi realised that the power of Darkness does not have to be evil, he spirit evolves into Lowermon. Later, Kouichi realises that whenever others are hurt, their fracto code became visible, his didn't. It confused him, but really worried him when he was told he didn't have a physical presence in this world. That was because Kouichi fell down the stairs and only his spirit went to the Digital World.

Name: Koji Minamoto

Age: 11
Description: Koji was the lonewolf of the group, he came to the Digital World with the others but he was on another Trailmon by himself. He didn't like friends or being with the group, he also acted very cold towards the others. Koji never really seemed happy at the start, he was very considerate of other's safety and would do everything he could to protect them, but he just didn't talk much. When he did talk, it wouldn't be something very friendly. Koji didn't want to get close to others because he think they will all be gone one day, the reason is because his mother died when he was young (that's what he was told). Believing that, he always prepares for when a person has to leave. After meeting Kouichi and realising that his mother was still alive, Koji is determined to make it back and promises Kouichi that he would visit her. Koji also learns that sometimes you need to ask for help, he became very good friends with the other Digidestined, especially Takuya towards the end because they fought most of the battles with Lucemon and Cherubimo.

Name: Tommy (Tomoki) Himi

Age: 9
Description: Tommy was very much a crybaby when he first got to the Digital World, he was afraid of everything and wanted to go home. He changed his mind when he saw Takuya spirit evolve, he wanted to become a Digimon so he wouldn't be afraid all the time. Tommy is sweet and doesn't like to see others fighting. He was treated differently from everyone else at first because they considered him to be 'a little kid', but as Tommy proved himself to be more grown up, they all become equal part of the team. Tommy had been bullied often in the real world, often feeling helpless because he couldn't do anything about other kids being bullied, but being with the others helped him to become stronger. Tommy also learned that his older brother was always trying to help him, even though he was mean towards Tommy. Tommy's parents always spoiled him and gave him everything he wanted, Tommy realised he never appreciated it when he was in Sakkaumon.
