The Digitestined can slash various cards in it (they
have digimon cards in that season), for example: a wings card, you slash it and
say: Digi-modify, flying wings activated! or something and your digimon will get
wings on his back and after a while it goes away.
Also called the D-Power in the english version of Season 3, and along with
evolution and modyfying a digimon by the cards, it also acts as a digimon
analyzer.
